In some cases, the Fee Update will fail to download the current fees.


This can be due to permissions on your computer/security suite which do not allow FTP access.


To workaround this problem you need to manually download the fees and skip this step, see below:


1. Download https://www.medilink.com.au/CurrentFees.zip and https://www.medilink.com.au/FeeImport.zip


2. Extract the contents to C:\MEDILINK32BNT\FEES. For example, you will have a C:\MEDILINK32BNT\FEES\MBS_MONTHYEAR folder.


3. Run C:\MEDILINK32BNT\FEES\FEEIMPORT.EXE.


4. The Download Fees step will fail, skip it (we have already downloaded them manually).


5. Wait for all of the tick boxes, and then close.
