You can assign a color to a particular Provider's appointment schedule, including assigning different colors for different Locations.
This is an option found in Setup Providers Schedule. From the Appointments Screen go to Setup>> Providers Weekly Schedule
Select the schedule which you wish to assign a color too and click Edit.
This will open the setup for this particular schedule, down the bottom of the window Click Select Color and then choose a color you wish to assign to this schedule.
Save by simply pressign OK and then Ok, you may then wish to choose another schedule to assign the same or a different color.
