For Medicare Online Web Services DVA have reduced the Treatment Location Code options. However, some versions of Medilink 2022 R1 continued to contain the interface for the old options.
The new options are:
V = Home Visit (residential care facility, community health centre or hostel)
H = Hospital
R = Rooms
What this effectively means is that Nursing Home and Community Health should be marked as Home. This should not affect the claiming/rate. You should still use the number of patients seen notation where required.
