We have found a bug that exists in some 2022 R1 versions where a patient claim can be rejected by Medicare and a user is presented with error messages ("Sequence Contains No Elements") and an Invoice Cancelled message, but then a Lodgement Advice prints anyway.


This Lodgement Advice is not valid if you have an Invoice Cancelled error, and should be ignored.


This bug has since been fixed (if you have this error please update).
