If you receive an error:

Keyset Does Not Exist

Your HI MHR NASH certificates may not be installed with a private key and/or user(s) may not have access to that key.

To resolve this issue you can re-import certificates per user ensuring that the private key is included.

However, if you use a computer with multiple users (remote desktop server) it is best to install as local computer, and ensure all users have read access to the private key.

  • Run as admin: CERTLM.MSC
  • Certificates - Local Computer (note, if it says Current User you do not have Admin rights)
  • Personal -> Certificates
  • Find the certificate (it will be Issued By Medicare Australia)
  • Right click
  • All Tasks -> Manage Private Keys
  • Ensure Users or Everyone has at least Read rights (click Add if not)
