Bulk sending involves sending all messages for 'normal' patient appointments where the patient has a valid mobile phone and has consented to receive messages, per provider per date range.


This may/may not send for theatre appointments, depending on the configuration.


In the appointment book, click on the SMS Options (2Hippo) button, then click Bulk SMS.







This will then prompt you with a variety of options including the provider, the practice, the date rage to send, and whether or not you want a confirmation.
