If the date in your letters is changing, you have a Microsoft Word field in your letter template.
Unfortunately, this updates automatically and is something that Microsoft themselves provide, and we cannot alter the way in which it works.
What you should use instead is a Merge Field via the Medilink Letter Template Creator. See screenshots below.
