Long term users of Medilink may still be using the Family Account type for accounts that really are third parties (organisations).
This impacts use of Medilink in various ways, for example, changing the Family Account address or Medicare Card can optionally trigger changes to all patients in that account - which is fine for families, but not fine for random patients.
There is a utility below which can automatically find and fix Family Accounts who have more than a certain number of patients attached to them. For example, you might assume all accounts with at least 10 patients would not be a real family, and instead are 3rd Parties.
