A client notified us of a problem where some of their patient mobiles were going missing. We have not seen this for any other site to date.


If this does happen though, there is a utility which can scan the appointment book and fill in missing patient mobiles.


1. Download: https://www.medilink.com.au/RestoreMissingMobiles.zip

2. Unzip to a folder, ideally c:\medilink32bnt\Utilities\RestoreMissingMobiles

3. Backup your data, (especially Patient2.DB).

4. Run RestoreMissingMobiles.EXE and wait for it to finish.
