Either go to Links Menu -> Import -> Link File Processor, or right click on MediLinkIt (taskbar notification area), and choose Link File Processor.
Add either a Pipe Delimited or Fixed Width IMM.OUT File Processor; typically it is Pipe Delimited (but ask your clinical software vendor what type they provide).
Medical Director users please note, IMM.OUT should be the DEFAULT format that they offer. You may need an update to MD 3.17 to access this.

Set the Folder Path to be where the IMM.OUT file is being output to (again ask your clinical software vendor).
IMM.OUT does not need to process regulary, and in fact we suggest setting the period to a high value, say 4 hours or so, just to ensure that you group together quite a few claims in one (otherwise it will create very small batches).
