Open File Menu -> New Printer Setup.
Click All Common (i.e. select everything except Labels etc.).
Click Page Setup.
When asked if you want to Set Margins say YES.
Set the Margin values to something different and then click OK, OK.
Try and print something. You may need to employ some trial and error to achieve the result you want.
If you find that this has no effect you may need to check the settings of the actual printer in Windows. Open up Windows Printers & Scanners and click Manage on the Printer, then Printer Preferences. Most Printers will have a Page Setup area where you may be able to modify Margins or Scaling options. Unfortunately we cannot provide a general guide for this as all Printers are different - talk to your IT provider where necessary.
