Each patient may have a set of referrals defined:
A claim is associated with an appointment (event) and an invoice of billing Type Bulk Bill which have multiple items (services).
And you may select one of the most appropriate referrals.
The selected referral info will be applied to the claim.
In the bulk bill screen, you may select claims (invoices) of the same patient. Alternatively, you may send all and the app will automatically group claims according to the bulk bill rules, and each claim may have up to 80 events (appointments).
