Make sure your printer is connected to your device.
A common troubleshooting method for printers is to turn them off/on again.
Most internet browsers (whether they be on a computer or phone etc) have a built-in method of printing to PDF as an alternative. We would suggest you utilise that and try and print from your PDF viewer directly instead.
