Go in to the Edit Contact Screen and click Patient tab.


Here you can add Medicare, DVA, Fund details.


Depending on what you have entered, you will be able to manually Verify these days. For example, the Medicare number can be sent via PVM (note: expiry is not required for verification):




As you can see, if we enter a DVA number we can then verify it:




Please note that these verifications happen automatically en-masse each day based on the appointments in the system.
