You may have issues with the main Medilink app not running on Windows 11. Not all installs are affected by this.
The Medilink Launcher opens ok but it just hangs afterwards.
Go to C:\MEDILINK32BNT\BIN* and find MPW2000.EXE.
Right click and go to Properties.
Go to the Compatibility tab and change the Compatibility Mode to Windows 7.
Re-test running Medilink.
(*Note if installed elsewhere you should go to this folder instead.)
