Please note, 2022 versions of Microsoft Office appear to have broken the Medilink Letters Template Creator.
Microsoft Word will show, but it will open up in a separate window, see screenshot below. Clicking the fields and saving in the Template Creator will not function.
The current workaround is to edit the MAIN document directly. For example, if you want to modify your A templates open up the Medilink Letters folder on your server (e.g. \\SERVER\MEDILINK\LETTERS) and open MAINA.DOCX (or .DOC).
If you want additional fields you can directly copy and paste the field (section with the double angled brackets <<FIELD>>) from MAIN templates you already have. We have also attached a sample MAINRRR.DOCX which has almost all of the fields in it.
