Sometimes you can get an error when generating Secure Emessages:
Empty Message
There is no content to send.
This can be caused by a Microsoft Word pop-up which is stopping Medilink from reading the Word document and thereby adding the content to the message. This may be something like:
Microsoft Office has identified a potential security concern.
Microsoft has blocked macros from running because the source of this file is untrusted.
The fix is to go in to the Microsoft Word Trust Centre and simply Disable All Macros without Notification. This ensure no pop up gets in the way (hidden or otherwise) and the whole thing just continues as normal.
Medilink doesn't need Macros, so you can freely disable them from a Medilink perspective. (Microsoft themselves seem to be indicating their desire to remove them completely.)
