In the 2023 R1 version of Medilink we have added a new utility that will check the integrity of the invoice groups of transactions.
There are 3 key areas:
- Fix orphaned receipts; i.e. where a receipt has saved but the originating invoice does not exist (did not save properly).
- Fix invoice transactions that are not correctly marked as being an originating transaction (invoice transactions *must* always be the first transaction in a group).
- Fix receipts attributed to the wrong originating invoice. This can happen when the previous problem occurs due to a slippage/intertwining of the transaction writes.
Additionally, the 2023 R1 version has had additional logic to combat these scenarios from occurring.
