Theatre Appointment Error - Unable To Add Surgical Audit Record : Helpdesk

If when trying to Add a Theatre Appointment you receive the following error message:

Unable to add surgical audit record

Please try the following fix:

Accounting (Patient) Screen -> Tools Menu -> Update Table Indexes -> Continue? Yes -> Copy Folder? Yes -> Wait for Finished

Then try and a Theatre Appointment - it should now work from any computer (no need to re-run the tool on other computers).
