While Medilink Billing Printing has built in Print To Email functions, sometimes it's more flexible/failproof to use a standard PDF printer.

Microsoft includes a built in PDF printer with Windows these days, however, it will always prompt you to save, and isn't as streamlined as some other PDF printers on the market.

The product we tend to favour is Bullzip PDF. This is because it can be streamlined such that the file saves automatically, and it pops up the PDF on screen for you to then take action (either physically print or attach it to an email or save as to some folder somewhere else).

They have community/trial versions, but if you find it useful we encourage you to purchase licenses from them.
