Bring up the Medicare Online Control Centre screen and click Receive.
This will attempt to Receive (download / retrieve / etc) Bulk Bill Reports for batches you have previously sent.
At the end of this, if you have received and Processing and Payment Reports you will be automatically prompted to Process them.
