In early March 2022 a number of practices started getting 9102 errors when using Medicare Online (Adaptor+PKI).
This is even where certificates are seemingly still valid (for a few days).
We have asked Medicare for more information however there is nothing yet. We suspect in part this is because of the imminent migration to Web Services+PRODA anyway (where the certificates will no longer be needed).
If you have a LAN workstation that is still able to successfully perform Medicare Online (Adaptor+PKI) actions then please copy the MEDILINK32BNT\ONLINE CLAIMING\HIC.PSI file from this 'good' workstation in to the MEDILINK\DATA folder on your server.
Those on 2022 R1 versions can switch to Medicare Online Web Services (PRODA) early to overcome the issue via Links Menu -> Configure Online Claiming and then restart Medilink. (Please note though that we do not have ECLIPSE functionality just yet at the time of writing this.)
