On the morning of April 7th, 2022 we enabled a new version of Medicare Online Web Services that included ECLIPSE. Unfortunately, Medicare had not properly enabled one particular component of Medicare Online in the new version - Patient Claims.
As this is a critical function for most practices, we have rolled back to the older version of Medicare Online Web Services (without ECLIPSE) until this can be resolved.
You can now submit your Patient Claims again.
Note: practices who elected to go back to Medicare Online Adaptor have not been impacted by this issue. We are still encouraging practices to do so in the interim.
