If you have batches that you cannot Receive they may have been sent using Medicare Online Web Services before you switched back to the old Medicare Online Adaptor.
If so, to get those Reports, go in to Links -> Configure Online Claiming and turn on MCOL Web Services, close and re-open Medilink and do a Receive. Then turn it all off again.
There is a bit of a trick where batches sent during this time would not be able to have Reports Retrieved from the old Medicare Online Adaptor technology. They will still have been sent and paid though.
We'll be rolling out another update soon with various fixes to the Medicare Online Web Services problems (including ECLIPSE) so it will be back on again soon anyway. This is important because Medicare will be turning off the old Medicare Online Adaptor (PKI) system at some stage.
